Twitter Goes Down for 2nd Time in a Week

UPDATE: Twitter’s back online–just a 25 minute outage. Phew! No, it’s not just your internet connection, Twitter is down again (as of 3:00pm ET). Let’s hope it’s not another DDoS attack.
